BosDoom acts as a platform to connect buyers and sellers and is not a party to any transaction.
Payments are processed through third-party payment services integrated with BosDoom. All payment terms are subject to the respective payment provider’s policies.
Sellers are responsible for shipping the goods as agreed with buyers. BosDoom is not responsible for shipping delays, damages, or losses.
Returns, refunds, and dispute resolutions are to be handled between buyers and sellers. BosDoom may provide communication tools but does not mediate disputes.
All content on BosDoom, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned or licensed by BosDoom and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You must not:
Use the platform to engage in illegal activities or fraud.
Infringe on the rights of others.
Transmit harmful, offensive, or abusive content.
BosDoom provides the service “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or transactions.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations or inactivity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cambodia.
